Spread positive Note in the Pocket throughout your 5K route! Make cheer signs and display them during your 5K. Chalk a message on the sidewalk, cheer for you and your special running buddies, blow bubbles along the way–whatever you think will spread joy! Snap a photo or video at your 5K (and while you’re training for it) and share it with us by tagging @noteinthepocket on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and tag #NITPVirtualRundie.
